No. Every web package is a single payment. When the days run out, Pro ends and nothing is charged again unless you buy again.

No. Subscriptions bought in the app are billed and managed by Google Play or the App Store and are separate from these web payments. Both attach to your account, so the access you have in either place shows in both.
