Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Who refunds you depends on where you paid. This policy is part of our Terms of Use and is issued by [set LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME]. Amounts are in Indian rupees.
1. What you can buy
- A track unlock (one-time payment, no renewal).
- Pro passes for 1 month (30 days) or 3 months (90 days): one-time payments, no renewal.
- 12-month Pro: an auto-renewing yearly subscription in the Google Play or Apple App Store app; a one-time, non-renewing payment on our website.
2. Bought in the Android app (Google Play)
Google Play takes the payment and decides refunds under its own rules. In general you can ask Google for a refund through Google Play (Order history, then “Request a refund”) shortly after buying, and Google lets you cancel some purchases within a short window; after that, or if Google declines, write to us at [set GRIEVANCE_EMAIL] with your order number and we will look at it. We cannot refund a Play payment ourselves; where we agree you should get one, we ask Google to issue it. To stop a subscription renewing, cancel it in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep Pro until the period you paid for ends.
3. Bought in the iPhone app (Apple App Store)
Apple takes the payment and decides refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support; we cannot issue refunds for App Store payments. To stop a subscription renewing, cancel it in your iPhone settings (your name, then Subscriptions) at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You keep Pro until the paid period ends.
4. Bought on our website (Razorpay)
These are paid through Razorpay, and we refund them ourselves:
- Within 7 days of payment, you can ask for a full refund if you have not made substantial use of what you bought (for example, no more than a few practice sessions on the unlocked track, or no more than 3 Intro Coach attempts on a Pro pass).
- After 7 days, or after substantial use: purchases are generally not refundable because the digital access has been delivered, unless the service did not work as described and we could not fix it.
- Payment went through but access did not appear, or you were charged twice, or the payment was debited but failed: tell us at once. We will fix the access or refund the amount in full. Failed debits are also usually reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within a few working days.
- The website one-time payments do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel; access ends on its own at the end of the paid period.
5. How to ask, and how long it takes
Email [set GRIEVANCE_EMAIL] from your account email with: the date and amount, where you paid (Google Play, App Store or website), the order or payment id, and the reason. We acknowledge within 2 working days (48 hours) and decide within one month, usually much sooner. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI or bank account) and normally show up in 5 to 7 working days after we approve it, depending on your bank. Deleting your account does not by itself trigger a refund and does not cancel a store subscription.
6. Your consumer rights
This policy does not remove any right you have under Indian consumer law. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can escalate to our Grievance Officer ([set GRIEVANCE_NAME]); see Grievance and contact. You can also use the National Consumer Helpline or a consumer commission. Also see our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
