Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 October 2026

These terms apply to the Crackit mobile app and the AITestCraft website. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Who can use Crackit

You must be at least 13 years old. Crackit is not directed at children. To buy anything or to accept these terms as a contract you must be old enough to do so where you live, or have a parent or guardian do it for you.

2. What Crackit is, and is not

Crackit is a practice tool for placement tests and interviews. Questions, company test patterns, scores and AI feedback are for practice. They are not the real tests, we are not affiliated with any company named, and we do not guarantee a job, an interview call or any score. Test patterns are indicative; confirm the current format on the company's official site. AI-written scripts and feedback can be wrong or incomplete, so use your own judgement.

3. Your account

Most of the app works without an account. The online Intro Coach needs a sign-in. Keep your sign-in secure and give us accurate details. You can delete your account at any time; see the account deletion page.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the resume, job description and answers you submit. You give us permission to process them, and to pass them to the AI and infrastructure providers listed in the Privacy Policy, only to provide the service to you. Only submit content you have the right to use. Do not submit other people's personal data or anything unlawful.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass usage limits.
  • Do not use it to harass others or to produce unlawful, hateful or deceptive content.
  • Do not resell or republish our question banks and content at scale without our written permission.
  • Do not misrepresent AI-generated practice material as official company material.

We may limit or suspend access if these rules are broken.

6. Purchases

Paid features and credit packs are sold through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and the store handles the payment, billing, receipts, renewals, cancellations and refunds under its own terms. Manage or cancel a subscription in your store account; deleting the Crackit account does not cancel a store subscription. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Credits that come with a purchase have the validity shown at purchase. Refund requests go through the store first; if you need help, contact us at our support email (to be published here before launch).

7. Free features and changes

Free features may have usage limits. We may add, change or remove features, content and limits. If we make a change that materially reduces something you paid for, we will tell you.

8. Our content

The app, its design, questions, explanations and other content belong to us or our licensors and are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial practice use.

9. No warranty and limits on liability

The service is provided “as is”, without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunities, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (through the store) in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded, including consumer protection rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have to bring a claim where you live.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions or grievances: our support email (to be published here before launch).
